The Firm has represented a
wide spectrum of the aviation industry, including a local government
airport operator, airlines, domestic aircraft manufacturers and both
commercial and private pilots.
The Firm's attorneys have
extensive knowledge and practical experience in aviation law. Mitch
Cobeaga served as an Air Force fighter pilot in Vietnam and Jay Hopkins
is a licensed pilot.

litigation resulting from crash landing.

hotel/casino in wrongful death litigation in federal court resulting
from an airplane crash which occurred during a mock aerial combat
adventure for the hotel/casino's high-rollers.
