Originally from Texas,
Partner Christopher M. Young's practice is litigation based including
premises liability, insurance defense, bad faith, aviation,
professional liability, commercial litigation, construction defect,
product liability, shipping, broker liability, and insurance
coverage. In addition, Mr. Young is a Court appointed Judge for
Nevada’s Short Jury Trial Program, an appointed Arbitrator in our
Annexed Arbitration Program, and a mediator. Mr. Young has served
as an Arbitrator or Mediator in excess of 150 cases.
After five years of
practice in Houston, Texas, Mr. Young continued his legal carreer in
Las Vegas at Beckley,
Singleton, Jemison, Cobeaga & List, Chtd. In July of 2001, Mr.
Young joined Cobeaga Tomlinson, LLP. Mr. Young has in-depth experience
in premises liability having represented grocery stores, shopping
centers, department stores, apartment complexes, airports, theme parks,
hotels, stadiums and casinos. Mr. Young has in excess of fifteen first
chair jury trials and has been a litigator since 1994.
