Leonard I. Gang practices law in Nevada in the areas of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR), mediation, and arbitration. Mr. Gang is a former District Court Judge having served on the Eighth Judicial District Court, in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada. He also served by designation of the Governor of the state to sit on occasion on the Supreme Court of Nevada. He was Bar Counsel for the Nevada State Bar and General Counsel and Executive Director of the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline.
Mr. Gang has been a practicing attorney in the State of Nevada for 38 years. He practiced mainly in the areas of business law, contracts, real estate, employer-employee relations, construction law, and litigation. During his career, he litigated several cases both in state and federal courts which resulted in multi-million dollar awards for his clients. He has tried cases as an attorney and heard cases as a judge involving personal injury and wrongful death. He has argued cases successfully before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Gang presently serves as a Settlement Judge for the Nevada Supreme Court, as an arbitrator and mediator. He joined Cobeaga Tomlinson, LLP as Of Counsel in mid 2004.
